Sustainability

We believe that tourism can contribute to the development of people, communities and destinations. Therefore, in recent years, we have sought to incorporate more responsible practices into our operations and our relationships with partners and suppliers.

Our commitment is to move forward gradually, responsibly and transparently, always seeking to improve our practices in accordance with the reality and size of our company.

Environment and office

  • Prioritizing digital documents and processes, reducing the need for printing.
  • Using reusable water bottles, glass cups and ceramic mugs for our team.
  • Whenever possible, reusing packaging and extending the useful life of office materials.
  • Using cloth towels in the bathrooms.
  • Sending used printer cartridges for recycling through the supplier.
  • Monitoring paper and toner consumption.

Partners and suppliers

We seek to strengthen our relationships with partners and suppliers by sharing guidance and encouraging the adoption of good sustainability practices. Topics addressed include water and energy conservation, waste and plastic reduction, biodiversity conservation, respect for local culture and communities, working conditions and human rights, as well as guidance related to the protection of children and adolescents in tourism.

Training and team

As part of our continuous improvement process, we have established an action plan for training on topics related to sustainability, responsible tourism and good social and environmental practices. We seek to integrate this knowledge into our daily operations and encourage the participation of our entire team in building more responsible practices.

Communities and responsible tourism

We value the communities, culture and natural environments present in the destinations where we operate. We seek to support social and community initiatives and encourage responsible practices among the suppliers and partners involved in our operations, contributing to positive impacts from tourism in the destinations.

Our next steps

  • Gradually expand team training and awareness.
  • Strengthen dialogue with partners and suppliers on responsible practices.
  • Improve the monitoring and tracking of our consumption and results.
  • Continue seeking ways to reduce waste generation.
  • Identify new opportunities to contribute positively to the communities and destinations where we operate.
